This is my second pack and I can start to see that I'm not as exhausted as before and I am concentrating better for longer ! I know the most benefits will come with continuous use so hoping sleep, aches and bloatedness /weight gain start to ease too going forward.

Since taking Ankhway Mushroom gummies I have noticed that not only am I calmer during the day but my sleep pattern has become better. I was sceptical in taking them at first, and after taking them for a few months I then stopped for a couple of weeks. My sleep pattern became disrupted again and I felt more stressed at work. I went back on them and within a week had much improved sleep. My partner now takes them too and has noticed she has better mood, less bloating and better sleep. I would definitely recommend these.

I'm only 3 weeks into the subscription but so far I have noticed that I have experienced better sleep and I'm more mentally aware and focussed during the day, however I am crashing more at night. I haven't noticed any above-normal weight changes that some have described hence the four stars as I was hoping for a little assistance here. They do appear to have helped improved my running performance though so a good positive there. Will carry on with the subscription for a couple more months and see how it pans out.
