In your account you can usually:

• Skip next order: miss one delivery without ending the subscription
• Pause: take a break, then resume later
• Change frequency or delivery details where available

A renewal has already been charged or shipped

Cancelling stops future renewals. For an order that is already on its way:

• Not delivered yet: you can often refuse the delivery so it returns to us (usually no postage for you).
• Already arrived: unused packs can be returned under our refund policy (renewal returns are typically within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, with return postage paid by you).

No problem. Cancel the subscription using the steps above (or ask us to do it) so further renewals do not go out. If a pack has already shipped, we can still help with refuse-delivery or return options under the refund policy.

Step 1: Manage or stop future renewals

Step 2: The charge that already went through

Order not shipped yet

Email hello@ankhway.com with your order number or checkout email. If it has not left the warehouse, we can often cancel and refund that order.

Order already shipped, not delivered yet

You can usually refuse the delivery so it returns to us. Once it is back, we process the refund. Remember to cancel the subscription if you do not want further renewals.

Order already delivered

Unused packs can be returned under our refund policy. Renewal returns are typically within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, with return postage paid by you. First-pack purchases may also qualify for the 60-day money-back guarantee.

If the payment method is not yours

Email hello@ankhway.com with the charge date, amount, and any bank statement detail. Include any order email or address you recognise. We will investigate and stop any linked subscription. Contacting us first often resolves this faster than a chargeback alone.

What to include when you email us

• Full name and delivery address on the order (if you know them)
• Order number or screenshot of the charge
• Email used at checkout (if different from the one you are writing from)
• Whether you want future renewals stopped, a refund on a specific order, or both

Ankhway login is passwordless. There is no password to create, remember, or reset.

Once you are in, you can cancel or manage a subscription, skip a renewal, and update details.

How to sign in

1. Open ankhway.com/a/account/login.
2. Enter the email address used at checkout (the one on your order confirmation; this may differ from an email you use day to day).
3. Request a login code.
4. Check your email for a short one-time code (usually 4 digits).
5. Enter the code on the login page.

If we have a mobile number on your account, the code may also arrive by text.

You do not need to “create an account” separately first. Use the email from your order.

Code not arriving

• Wait a couple of minutes, then check Spam / Junk / Promotions.
• Confirm you typed the exact checkout email (including any +tags or spelling).
• Request a new code if the old one has expired.
• Try another browser or device if the page looks stuck.

Guest checkout

If you checked out as a guest, you can still access the portal with that same order email. Enter it on the login page and use the one-time code.

What you can do after logging in

• Cancel, skip, or pause a subscription
• Check upcoming renewals
• Update payment or address details (where available)

Wrong address is a common reason parcels go missing. Fix details as early as you can.

Upcoming order (not shipped yet)

1. Log in with your checkout email.
2. Update the delivery address on the upcoming order or subscription if the portal allows it.
3. If you cannot edit it, email hello@ankhway.com straight away with:
   • order number
   • current (wrong) address
   • correct address

We can often update an address while the order is still in the warehouse.

Already shipped

Once a parcel is with Royal Mail or Evri, we usually cannot redirect it. Contact the carrier with your tracking number if they offer redirection, and email us so we know. If it is delivered to the wrong place, tell us immediately with tracking screenshots.

Future subscription deliveries

Update your address in the account portal so later renewals go to the right place. If the portal will not save the change, email hello@ankhway.com and we will update it for you.

Change the email on your account

Use the email that receives order and login codes. If you need that changed, email hello@ankhway.com from your current address (or the checkout email) and tell us the new email. Keep access to the old inbox until the change is confirmed, or login codes may go to the wrong place.

Apple Pay / autofill mistakes

Checkout autofill sometimes saves an old address. After you fix this order, double-check the address on the next checkout before you pay.

Here is how Ankhway deliveries usually work, and what to do if something looks stuck.

We currently ship within the UK. You'll find the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

What to expect

1. Order received / processing: we prepare your order before it leaves the warehouse. Allow a few business days (weekends are not counted).
2. Shipped: you get a shipping email with a tracking link and tracking number. Carriers are typically Royal Mail or Evri.
3. In transit: once dispatched, most UK parcels arrive within about 3 working days.

Marketing on the site may mention fast or next-day options when available. For your parcel, the shipping confirmation and tracking page are the source of truth.

How to track

1. Open the shipping confirmation email from Ankhway.
2. Click the tracking link.
3. Check the tracking history (scan updates), not only the top summary line.

Royal Mail tip: sometimes an old date can show at the top of the tracking page by mistake. Scroll to the history section for the real recent scans.

Evri tip: download the Evri app for live tracking, map pinpoints, delivery photos, safe-place instructions, and ParcelShop or neighbour divert. You can also track online or chat with Evri about missed delivery and redelivery.

Evri parcels

If your tracking shows Evri:

1. Open the Evri app first. Use live tracking, the map pinpoint, delivery photo, and any safe-place or neighbour notes.
2. For a missed delivery or redelivery, rearrange it in the app or via Evri chat.
3. If you are still stuck after that, email hello@ankhway.com with your order number and Evri tracking number (a screenshot of what Evri shows helps).

Tracking has not moved

• Allow the usual window from the dispatch date (about 3 working days for many UK deliveries).
• Carriers can lag a scan by a day without the parcel being lost.
• If there is no useful update after that window, email hello@ankhway.com with your order number and we will investigate.

Marked delivered but you do not have it

1. Check neighbours, porches, sheds, and any “safe place”.
2. Check the delivery photo / notes on the carrier tracking page if shown (and in the Evri app if your carrier is Evri).
3. Confirm the address on your order confirmation matches where you expected it.
4. If it is still missing, contact us at hello@ankhway.com with your order number, delivery address, and any tracking screenshots.

Wrong address

If the label address is wrong:

• Contact us as soon as possible with the correct address and order number.
• Once a parcel is with the carrier, we may not be able to redirect it. Act fast.

To fix future orders, update your details after logging in at ankhway.com/a/account/login.

• Applies to your first pack bought directly from ankhway.com (including the first pack of a subscription).

Multi-pack or “buy more, save more” orders: email us with your order number so we can confirm what qualifies under the first-pack rule.

Subscription renewals

• Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge and shipment.
• If a renewal already shipped: unused packs in original packaging can usually be returned within 14 days of delivery, at your cost, for a refund after we receive them.
• Refusing delivery (return to sender) is often the easiest option if the parcel has not arrived yet.

Also cancel the subscription if you do not want further renewals.

How to return a pack

1. Email hello@ankhway.com with the items to be returned, the reason for the return, and pictures or video evidence of any product issues. Please pack all the items into a sendable envelope including your order number and email address on a paper note. Our team will confirm the return reason and provide the return address. The cost of a return is not covered. 

Damaged or wrong item

Email hello@ankhway.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund path.

How long refunds take

After the warehouse receives and checks your return, we typically process the refund within a few working days. Your bank or card provider may then take about 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement.

Before you send anything

1. Email hello@ankhway.com with your order number and the email you used at checkout, so we know a return is coming.
2. Check what to send back:
   • Your first pack may be covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee.
   • Extra unopened packs usually need to be returned for a full refund.
   • For a renewal order, unused packs in original condition can usually be returned within 14 days of delivery (see the refund policy for full detail).
3. Return postage is paid by you. A tracked service is best.

Parcel not delivered yet? You can often refuse the delivery so it comes back to us. You usually will not need to pay postage. Email us afterwards so we can watch for it.

How to send your return

1. Pack the unopened packs you are returning.
2. Put a note inside with:
   • your full name
   • your order number
   • the email you used at checkout
3. Email hello@ankhway.com so we can process a return and share our return address.

Please include your order number. Returns without a clear reference can take longer to match to your account.

What happens next

When we receive and check your return, we process your refund. That usually takes a few working days on our side. Your bank or card provider may then take about 5 to 10 business days to show the money.

We refund the product cost. Return shipping is not refunded. If your refund has not arrived within 5-10 working days, please follow-up in the original email thread asking for an update.

Can I see the full lab report?

How often do you test?
Every production batch. The page shows the latest batch and is updated when new results arrive.

Do the gummies contain gluten?
Each production batch of our gummies is tested for gluten in line with US FDA gluten-free testing standards, with results showing gluten levels of under 5 ppm, which is below both US and UK/EU regulatory thresholds of 20 ppm.

The gummies are packed in a facility which complies with all relevant food safety regulations and operates to BRC AA grade standards. No gluten-containing ingredients are handled, stored or processed on site, and allergen control procedures are in place.

What mushrooms are in the gummies?
Ten mushroom extracts in equal measure: Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, Chaga, Maitake, Shiitake, Tremella, Royal Sun, Black Fungus, and White Button. Two gummies a day provide 250mg of each mushroom (2,500mg total) from a concentrated 10:1 extract.
