Good to know
- Timing. Make changes or cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. A renewal that's already processing will still ship. If that happens, email us. Unused renewals can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund (see our refund policy).
- 60-day money-back guarantee. Full terms are in our refund policy.
- Plans and prices (checked 22 Oct 2026). Each plan renews automatically at the same price until you cancel:
- 1 pack every 30 days: £23.99 (instead of £29.99)
- 3 packs every 90 days (Buy 2 Get 1 Free): £59.98
- 6 packs every 6 months: £99
- 12 packs every 360 days: £189
How we make it clear it's a subscription
We show that it's a subscription at three points before you pay:
- The plan options on the product page. Each plan names how often it's delivered, for example "1x bag (30 days supply) delivered monthly" and "3x bags (3 months supply) delivered quarterly". The 6-month card says "6-Month Subscription", with packs delivered every 6 months, and the 12-month card says "12-Month Subscription", with packs delivered every 12 months.
- The order summary at checkout. Under the total, it shows a "Recurring subtotal", for example "£59.98 every 90 days".
- The notice directly above the Pay now button. Checkout shows: "Your cart contains an automatically renewing subscription. By clicking "Pay now," you expressly and affirmatively agree that you will be automatically charged the recurring amount(s) shown in your cart (plus shipping and taxes) until the subscription(s) ends or you cancel. You may cancel anytime by going to your account or contacting the store." It's followed by a link to our cancellation policy.
We don't want to trap anyone into a subscription. We'd rather you didn't subscribe if you don't want to.
