Fake websites using the Ankhway name
There are fake websites using the Ankhway name, including foreign-language copies of our website. They are not us, and they aren't connected to us in any way. We can't fulfil, refund or answer for orders placed on them.
How to check you're in the right place:
- Check the address bar. Our only website is ankhway.com. A different spelling, an extra word, or the Ankhway name on another domain ending (for example a country ending) is not us.
- Check the language and currency. Our site is in English and our prices are in pounds (£).
- Check the company details. Our site shows ATC MN LTD, company number 14859507, 128 City Road, London.
- On Amazon, check the seller. It should say "Sold by Ankhway".
- We're not on eBay. We don't sell on eBay, so any eBay seller offering Ankhway isn't us. Listings on marketplaces may not be genuine.
- Be careful with ads and links. If an ad or link takes you to a site that looks like ours but isn't on ankhway.com, close it and type ankhway.com yourself.
- Listings from individuals on auction sites, social marketplaces or messaging apps aren't us either. We can't confirm how that product was stored, whether it's in date, or whether it's genuine.
Think you've been caught out?
- Contact your bank or card provider straight away if you paid on a site that isn't ankhway.com.
- Report the site to the National Cyber Security Centre: ncsc.gov.uk/section/about-this-website/report-scam-website.
- Email us at hello@ankhway.com with the website address and any order confirmation, so we can help you and act on the fake site.
Bought from somewhere else?
- Amazon or TikTok Shop, sold by Ankhway: that's us. Returns and refunds for these orders go through Amazon or TikTok Shop, under that platform's policy. Our 60-day guarantee applies to orders placed on ankhway.com.
- Another seller or marketplace: contact that seller or the marketplace first; most have their own buyer protection. If you're worried about a product, email hello@ankhway.com with a photo of the pack (including the batch number and best-before date) and where you bought it. We'll tell you whether it's genuine.
- A website that looks like ours but isn't ankhway.com: follow the steps under "Think you've been caught out?" above.
